Find My Computer Name (Solved 3-Steps)

The computer name helps the IT guy/ girl find your computer on the network. Here's a quick way to find it.


Step 1 Click the Windows/ Start Icon on your keyboard or monitor

Step 2 Type in cmd.exe and hit enter. You should be at the DOS command prompt

Step 3 TYPE IN whoami and hit enter.

Printer Not Printing (Solved 3-Steps)

More than likely it's a spool error ZeeNet does provide a fix for this. However, I know you need this done now.

If this is a network printer proceed to Step 1, if this is a shared printer go to that PC printer now.

Step 1 See what's printing

Step 2 Clear the Print Que

Step 3 Delete the Que

IF YOU GET AN ERROR

SEE ...

Now Turn Your Printer Off and Now Back On, You Should be able to print just fine.
